This recipe started out as a
raw cheesecake, but as it's been so hot over the past few weeks we kept eating it while still frozen, and I realised it was actually a pretty amazing strawberry ice
cream cake — minus all the
dairy, eggs and refined sugar of course!
I chose to follow The Primal Blueprint style of eating rather than the full on Paleo Diet because the Primal lifestyle is a bit less restrictive on
dairy (
raw milk cheeses, greek yogurt, heavy
cream) and natural sweeteners (stevia, palm sugar, honey).
Unlike an ice
cream, there is no
dairy, and unlike a traditional
raw dessert, there are no nuts (kinda tricky for some people to digest).

dairy products.
Fortunate that I can have
cream / cheese even tho sensitive to it (i find
raw dairy much better) pasture fed poultry and eggs and all oils.
Each bowl of sprouted flour brownie will be topped off with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice
cream (made with
raw cream fresh from the cow, of course, courtesy of our local
dairy farm) and some chopped nuts.
Baby can now consume a variety of foods including
creamed vegetable soups, homemade stews and

Veggies that grow above ground, beef (organic, grass fed), chicken (organic, pastured), salmon (wild - caught), butter, heavy

I previously tried cellulite
creams and lotions, dry skin brushing, aromatherapy, rebounding, removing all
dairy from the diet, eating a completely vegan diet for 5 years, eating a
raw, whole food diet, being extremely physically fit, and drinking 10 glasses of water a day.
