I first learned about it from Natalia Rose's

So I was personally ready for Mimi's

book accessible and usable for a wider audience than might typically go for a
raw foods cookbook — if cookbook is even the right term for a volume of vegan recipes in which nothing is heated over 118 degrees Fahrenheit.

For those of you interested in
raw foods though, there's heaps of recipes within the
book which actually offer both
raw and cooked versions, which I reckon is kinda cool!
Unlike some of her earlier recipes on her blog where some hard - to - find
raw food ingredients were used and things like dehydrators etc, most of the recipes in the
book use everyday ingredients which I love.
Then I chose the notions that appealed the most: yoga videos,

booking a massage, and a full - service haircut complete with mimosa for the final day of my retreat.
