The trick is to buy
raw organic cashews, not roasted.
I changed it up a bit — when the coconut butter was kinda at the paste stage, I added about 1 cup of
raw organic cashews.

If all else fails, you could try making your own cheese out of
raw organic cashews or almonds.
I used
raw organic cashews and walnuts, since that's what I had around, and added 2 gloves of garlic.
