products are
raw; they are also
organic, vegan, GM, wheat and
dairy free.
Examples of probiotic foods you should look to consume include: fermented vegetables (sauerkraut, kimchi), probiotic yogurt (from goat or sheep milk that is grass - fed and
organic), fermented
dairy products (kefir), probiotic beverages (apple cider vinegar, coconut kefir, kvass), kombucha, natto,
raw cheese (goat's milk, sheep's milk, A2 cow's soft cheeses).
These would be grass - fed (not grain - fed)
organic meats,
raw (not pasteurized)
dairy products, and wild - caught (not farm - raised) fish you know is not contaminated with mercury and other pollutants.
This includes: soda, fruit juice, energy drinks, sweetened coffee or tea, packaged snacks like cookies and candy, sweeteners (even the natural ones like
raw honey and maple syrup), and conventional (non-
organic and pasteurized) cow's milk and
dairy products (choose
raw milk or pasture - raised, grass - fed, and
organic dairy instead).

I love to celebrate the goodness of natural wholefood ingredients, so my base ingredients comprise of wholegrain
organic flours milled in the UK, whilst using some interesting grains from abroad too, unrefined sweeteners like
raw Suffolk honey, coconut sugar and brown sugar, cold - pressed extra virgin British rapeseed oil,
organic dairy products and free - range eggs.
Some items I like to keep stocked at home (I choose
organic and local whenever possible): unsweetened, full - fat coconut
products (oil, butter, milk, cream); MCT oil; cold - pressed olive oil; grass - fed beef and jerky; pastured poultry and eggs; wild - caught seafood; seaweed like nori (great for «burritos»); grass - fed, full - fat, cultured
dairy like butter oil, ghee, and heavy whipping cream;
raw milk and cheese; fermented cod liver oil;
raw nuts and seeds (especially macadamia nuts) and nut butters; olives; fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi; non-starchy vegetables and leafy greens; avocados; low - glycemic berries; lemons and limes; whey protein powder; stevia; apple cider vinegar; sea salt; garlic; onions; mustard; fresh and dried herbs spices (especially turmeric, cinnamon, and fresh ginger root); salsa; grass - fed beef and pastured chicken stock and vegetable stock.
As much as possible, use
organic products, 100 % grass - fed meat, eggs from 100 % pastured hens, and
raw dairy products.
