As far as dairy is concerned, I recommend buying

My diet during this time was full of pasture raised
organic eggs,
grass - fed beef, broths, lots of veggies and an occasional smoothie with
raw milk.
The best food sources include
grass - fed beef, wild caught salmon,
organic free - range eggs,
organic full - fat
raw milk, and yogurt.
But dairy in its most natural form —
raw,
organic, pastured (meaning
grass fed), and full fat — does have nutritional value and can be handled digestively by most people.
If you've got to have milk, opt for dairy from A2 cows,
raw (if you can find it), or
organic full - fat milk from
grass - fed cows.
A few weeks ago, I was a happy recipient of a container of The

organic, «thoughtfully
raw,» 100 %
grass fed, hormone - free and gluten - free protein powder.
Examples of probiotic foods you should look to consume include: fermented vegetables (sauerkraut, kimchi), probiotic yogurt (from goat or sheep milk that is
grass - fed and
organic), fermented dairy products (kefir), probiotic beverages (apple cider vinegar, coconut kefir, kvass), kombucha, natto,
raw cheese (goat's milk, sheep's milk, A2 cow's soft cheeses).
These would be
grass - fed (not grain - fed)
organic meats,
raw (not pasteurized) dairy products, and wild - caught (not farm - raised) fish you know is not contaminated with mercury and other pollutants.
I recommend
organic grass fed beef, free range chickens, free range eggs,
organic raw dairy, and certain forms of protein powder.
I maximize my intake of protein, carbs and fats — plus micronutrients — by combining whole, real foods like gluten - free grains, fruit,
raw protein powder, eggs or
organic or
grass - fed meats, lots of greens, spices, herbs and seeds, avocados, nuts and natural, unrefined oils.
The healthiest options contain
organic,
raw whole foods like dates, almond butter, chia seeds and green superfoods like wheatgrass, barley
grass, spirulina and chlorella.
We were only consuming
organic and
raw sources of dairy like
grass fed butter,
raw milk or
raw milk yogurt, and
raw aged cheeses, but he wouldn't be able to eat these foods.
If you do not have access to
grass - fed
raw milk, you can also make butter from
organic whipping cream that you can buy at the store.
