How long would you recommend to toast

I put a half a cup to three quarters cup of

I have always used the quick
oats because of that since the

in those proportions, are just too chewy and

So maybe if you can buy
raw hulless
oats, freshly
roll them yourself and simply soak
in plain water overnight (no whey, starter, etc) the phytic acid will probably be mostly broken down by the time you are done cooking them.
