This dressing goes well with just about anything, but pairs particularly well with dark
greens and
raw shaved cauliflower (my newest obsession in
salads — I love the texture of

If I'm prepping a meal of mainly
raw vegetables and leafy

salad, then I'll typically only prepare 3 portions at a time, however, a meal like this one tasted perfect all week long.

Marinated in lime juice and fish sauce (for extra umami), then tossed with
