squash, but you can add the

I stuffed the
squash into freshly toasted corn tortillas that were topped with shaved crunchy cabbage, creamy avocado, vibrant radish
slices, fragrant cilantro, spicy
raw jalapeno and salty queso fresco cheese.
Then it occurred to me to use

sliced into paper - thin
slices.

Here I
sliced a
raw squash in half lengthwise and drizzled it with avocado oil, sea salt, and pepper.
Combine all ingredients and serve with
sliced raw vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, radish and
squash.
