Learn to make this raw vegan take on lasagna with zucchini, fresh tomato, basil, and your choice of
raw vegan cheese.
Enter: the mother of
all raw vegan cheese sauces.
Sautéed then simmered potatoes spirals, smothered in
raw vegan cheese sauce, and topped with a dollop of salsa and fresh cilantro.

A simple stuffed pepper filled with a cucumber radish salad and topped with
raw vegan nacho cashew

I added toasted walnuts and subbed in
raw cashew, lemon, salt, and ground pepper for the goat
cheese, to make this
vegan.
The base is hearty
raw vegan corn chips, layered on top is
raw vegan taco meat, upon that is a
raw vegan zucchini nacho
cheese, and lastly salsa fresca.
