Because we tend to eat probiotic foods every day at my house, including raw milk, homemade
raw yogurt and cheese, sauerkraut, kombucha, and cultured condiments, I don't go out of my way to take or give my family probiotic supplements unless it seems like our tummies or immune systems could use some extra support.

We were only consuming organic

However people around the world have historically enjoyed
raw milk —
and yogurt,
cheeses and other dairy products — with no ill effects.

cheeses, salami, homemade jerky, crispy nuts, nut cookies, kefir or
yogurt smoothies,
and even homemade ice cream.
Raw milk, cream, butter,
cheese,
yogurt, etc will be loaded with calcium, vitamin D, vitamin K2,
and other important nutrients,
and since it is not pasteurized, the body will be able to assimilate those nutrients with ease.
I would also ferment the dairy occasionally into
raw yogurt or
raw kefir
and also only consume unpasteurized grass fed
cheeses.
I'm considering being strict again to «finish» losing weight,
and improve fertility, but I know that I can drink
raw cow & goat milk
and have absolutely no reaction,
and have no trouble with
yogurt or
cheese.
Considering the amount of omelets,

yogurt and even grass fed cattle whey protein bars I was consuming at the time that I had this test performed, I'm not really sure which came first — food sensitivity or the high amount of antibodies naturally circulating in my bloodstream due to the fact that I was actually eating those foods.
