GF, but for the most part, anyone needing to stay away from gluten should proceed with caution with rye.

bread in the last few days to perfect the recipe, and I
was in serious danger of getting stuck without enough flour.
The reason you can get away with doing these in the oven instead of frying them in oil
is because the almond grains
are too dense to get soggy in the oven like other
GF breadings.
I used only half of the sugar, because I didn't want the

be quite that sweet, and I changed up the
GF flours used a bit with the addition of sorghum flour.

GF bread is so big and fluffy and I don't need all that.
Sometimes
GF bread doughs behave more like batters before baking and it can
be disconcerting, but bake them out anyway, because they end up baking out beautifully.
That
being said I make
GF bread for my kids using prepackaged mixes.

'm not a good
bread maker I usually leave it to my
gf but I really can't wait to try it.
The commercial
GF loaves (even the reasonable ones)
are generally dry and chalky, so the possibility of a quick to make
bread maker loaf of this quality
is incredibly exciting in our house!!
