Should I be putting it into
bread tins or as the recipe says just spread it on a large baking tray?
Do you make it in
a bread tin in the oven or a bread maker?
Hey, I don't know if this will help but I put my bread into a terracotta
bread tin, as this helps the bread to cook evenly all the way through... it might be worth a try?

Aidan, Got it right except greasing and flouring the
tin and sprinkling oats on it does nt help the
bread to rise.
Also place a cup of water in a pie
tin, below the
bread inside oven, then close the door to proof.
Made these tonight but actually made them in a 8 mini
bread loaf muffin
tin and used egg roll wraps and they were very good... everyone loved them!!
I've made this

There are frying pans, sauce pans, plates, strainers, utensils of every shape and size, old muffin
tins and
bread pans, etc...
Note: I baked thirty six of them (in a chocolate - making silicone mold) to make an army and four large ones to show you how, in times of peace, you can also make regular old muffins (you could also throw the batter above in a
bread loaf
tin and make a loaf).
