Shoults, who came to the arts center five years ago, was working toward the
reaccreditation of the center when she dove into the inventory and came up wowed, first by a collection of silkscreens
from New York's famed Printmaking Workshop, headed up by Robert Blackburn, who produced work by Helen Frankenthaler, Jasper Johns and other top New York School artists.

from the proposals,» she said.
