read about how animal protein and dairy can be very difficult to digest and how other people had experienced a
plant -
based diet reducing the effects of chronic disease, if not absolutely reversing it.
Eventually, while browsing the internet, she

diet and lifestyle to heal and began experimenting with a
plant -

about this issue repeatedly, I've come to believe that without supplementation it is impossible to achieve normal DHA status on a
plant -
based diet, no matter how much ALA one consumes.

about the health benefits of a whole food

based diet by watching some introductory videos which I think will answer your questions.
The nice thing
about a whole food
plant based diet is you don't have to know how to
read labels to look at the ingredients... since there is only one.
