reader - response
surveys on some of its stories, which give users a sliding scale of worthiness they can choose from to express whether a post was deemed time - worthy or not.
So happy, they may even be willing to take a pay cut to work for a dog - friendly company: a
survey conducted by Modern Dog magazine revealed that 65 % of
readers would take a job for less money if it meant they could bring their dog to work.
This might logically be deferred until after the grounds for holding it are presented, but it is placed here
so that if the
reader desires, he may compare it with the positions
surveyed in the previous chapter.
Remember the

survey I requested you guys to fill out last week -
so very valuable and lots of good information from you to me.
Thank you for your input as no less than 100
readers were kind enough to participate in my not -
so - scientific
survey of what is least important to them, when given a choice to give up one item ranging between a TV, vehicle, laptop / tablet, and a smartphone.
This isn't news to top climate scientists around the world (see Hadley Center: «Catastrophic» 5 — 7 °C warming by 2100 on current emissions path) or even to top climate scientists in this country (see US Geological
Survey stunner: Sea - level rise in 2100 will likely «substantially exceed» IPCC projections, SW faces «permanent drying») and certainly not to people who follow the scientific literature, like Climate Progress
readers (see Study: Water - vapor feedback is «strong and positive,»
so we face «warming of several degrees Celsius»).
Everyone who took the time to take my recent
reader survey kept mentioning how much they love all of my family oriented posts and requested I start sharing more real - life moments,
so without further adieu here's some snapshots into my world lately.

reader survey!
It's been a hot sec since I did a
reader survey, but I value them OH
SO MUCH.
And according to a recent Barnes & Noble national
survey of adult
readers, reading in bed is what 64 percent do on a regular basis,
so it's not surprising that the number - one request from E Ink customers is the ability to read in the dark to avoid bothering a significant other.
Matthias Matting of Selfpublisherbibel.de wanted to find answers to these questions,
so he created a
survey that participating indie authors forwarded to their own
readers.
For instance, by
surveying readers they were able to find out that there was a big demand for audio books,
so now Matter releases an audio book version of every piece it publishes, which is included in the $ 1 price of subscription.
In the December 2011 national phone
survey, we asked the 88 % of e-book
readers who did not borrow e-books from libraries in the past 12 months whether they had tried do
so: Only 4 % reported that they had attempted this, and 96 % had not.
I
surveyed Squawkfox
readers on Facebook and Twitter and
so many people said they love saving money on groceries by not clipping coupons with Checkout 51.
So far, 325 people have taken part in the TravelSkills
Reader Survey!
Earlier this week, Amazon ran a poll on its website, asking
readers to vote for PS4 or Xbox One as the best next - gen console; some US sites are reporting that the results were
so overwhelmingly skewed toward the Sony console, the online retailer removed the
survey.
UPDATE: There are
so many respondents (thank you) and since it is clear that about 97 % of WUWT
readers hadn't seen / participated in 2010 Lewandowsky
survey, that we've added a second thread to get the most important part of the data.
So Lewandowsky and his colleagues created an online
survey and asked eight mostly pro-science blogs and five climate - skeptic blogs to post a link to the
survey for their
readers.
So of course, I encourage
readers to participate in all our upcoming
surveys and rankings in 2012.
