kefir, so I'm cautious
about that.

I've been always a little skeptical
about probiotics supplements, because, I've
read many times, that, while eating fermented foods (
kefir, sauerkraut etc) it's an effective way to help your gut flora, popping pills or powders, isn't just as effective.
