A precious few scholars read judicial opinions from first word to last; and apparently no one is
reading law review articles any longer.
I'm interested in writing a book to reach two types of audiences that don't
read law review articles: experts in fields related to the subject of the book who are not lawyers, and laypeople.
This outcome is not precluded merely because the documents linked appear in a widely
read law review or even in a decision of the highest court of a land.
