That's the true advantage of
reading other woman's blogs — it shows you how to rethink things!
I read other women's birth stories.
In an excerpt on Slate, she wrote about
reading other women's birth stories, and how those women had baked and watched TV to distract themselves.
Sometimes
reading other women's experiences can help to get you motivated again or give you some ideas and tips...
Or, you can
read other women's profiles to get ideas.

It was very poorly written and if you
read it, what it was dealing with was gender stereotypes, why some men like to oppress
women, why
other women like to be submissive, you know, something like «Fifty Shades of Grey.»»
On the assumption that
women can only become pregnant on «up to six days in one cycle,» among

If you want to say that two men or two
women is an abomination then you might want to
read some more of that scripture and you would find puting two seeds in the same hole, working on sundays, wearing cloths with more than one color and lots of
other dumb things are mentioned in a list why do you all foucus on just one part of that list it has lots of abominations that we all do every day
The
other 90 % goes to pay another man (or
woman) to tell you how to serve God and how to live, a big building that is used only 2 - 3 hours a week to allow another man or
woman to hold your hand and
read the Bible to you.
What is less clear to me is why complementarians like Keller insist that that 1 Timothy 2:12 is a part of biblical womanhood, but Acts 2 is not; why the presence of twelve male disciples implies restrictions on female leadership, but the presence of the apostle Junia is inconsequential; why the Greco - Roman household codes represent God's ideal familial structure for husbands and wives, but not for slaves and masters; why the apostle Paul's instructions to Timothy about Ephesian
women teaching in the church are universally applicable, but his instructions to Corinthian
women regarding head coverings are culturally conditioned (even though Paul uses the same line of argumentation — appealing the creation narrative — to support both); why the poetry of Proverbs 31 is often applied prescriptively and
other poetry is not; why Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob represent the supremecy of male leadership while Deborah and Huldah and Miriam are mere exceptions to the rule; why «wives submit to your husbands» carries more weight than «submit one to another»; why the laws of the Old Testament are treated as irrelevant in one moment, but important enough to display in public courthouses and schools the next; why a feminist
reading of the text represents a capitulation to culture but a
reading that turns an ancient Near Eastern text into an apologetic for the post-Industrial Revolution nuclear family is not; why the curse of Genesis 3 has the final word on gender relationships rather than the new creation that began at the resurrection.

Though the chapter on how God values
women was worthwhile
reading, the damage done by every
other chapter in the book to the Gospel, to the character of God, and to the witness of the church in this world makes this book not worth
reading.
it's a matter of the Lord's decrees on the roles and responsibilities man and

The writer links 1Cor14: 34 with
other texts without even knowing what they say (eg: Paul did NOT state that
women should wear head coverings (v5 etc etc)-- if you
read a LITTLE further down to Verse 15 he confirms that «head covering» refers to a
woman's hair — and (original Greek translation) he does even not state whether it is long or short, just that she should not shave her head.

i think people need to sit down and
read the bible it is in there and we all have a right to preach and say what we will but god is the only judgeing person in the usa and i feel that we all need to look at what we have done instead of trying to bring the pastor of this church down and this pastor has the right to preach on what he believes and what it says in the bible i am going to follow what the bible says and in the bible it says that god says that no man and man should be in the bed togather or should no
woman or

ok well in the bible it is against divorce also but god forgives to but it is still wrong and yes i am from nc and i do live in catawba country where this took place but i do nt have to sit around and watch people make out with each
other and u know lesbians and gays should
read the bible more pentcosal think the same way about that it is wrong for a man and man to be togather and a
woman and
woman to be togather and some of you people are just plan stupid and i think that some of you just need to think it is god place to judge this pastor and it might be old fashion but back in the ol days we did nt have all this volice and all these crimes but look now there is alot of crime and volice and all we are doing is mad that a pastor said how he felt about gays and lesbiens
i think
woman who was complaining that she lost her inheritance, the only thing i will cheep in is this, if you really called yourself a Christian start now to
read your bible, and know what the bibles says, don't be deceived any prophet or any
other one by nature, because if ever you have been follow the words of God in side the bible, you will truly know that no one gonna know when the rapture will take place.
But, Catholics do believe that we can ask Mary to pray for us, and we do believe that Christ has assumed her into Heaven and given her honors above that of any
other creature (more on this when we get to the question concerning
women in the Church), and we do believe that she has a (subordinate) mediator - like role (but before your alarm bells go off, please

I agree with Meagan, because I

Sadly, we are not (and all one has to do is
read the comments on, say, Huffington Post, to see how men and
women still resort to painting the entire
other gender as «bad» because they may have had an unhappy experience with one or two of them (perhaps they just picked poor partners?).
There are more than a few upsides to a polygamous arrangement that
women enter into freely and willingly because it suits their needs (versus what we usually
read and hear about the traditionally male - driven practice, which is often about secrecy and child brides forced to marry against their will and sexual abuse and
other scandals).
I think what I've learnt from
reading the blog and comments today is the following: feeling bitter about being single and blaming
other people (and oneself) is not a great idea (and this goes for
women and men equally).
You may well know that I'm a big advocate for
women's right to choose where and how they give birth and I am always glad to

When we found out I had such a low PAPP - A level this pregnancy I spent a lot of time

I am very thankful I went to see somebody and
reading other blogs posted on this website,
women tend to want to repair their marriage or are more aware of the problems, so I guess my actions were what typically
women do.
Knowing all this information was out there, I couldn't believe there was anyone who didn't breastfeed these days,
other than uneducated teenage moms, those with uncompromising work situations, or those unfortunate
women who were physically unable to do so (and according to what I had
read on the La Leche League website, there were very few of these
women out there - far fewer than the formula lobby and misinformed doctors would have us believe).
Reading your post and some of the comments was just what I needed to be reminded that there are so many
other women out there with a similar problem.
I was so inspired by all the exclusive pumping stories I

But I do have a wish or two for you in 2015 — please consider getting rid of the script in your head of what love, relationships or marriage should look like and instead ask yourself what you want them to look like; that you stop looking to
others to tell you what you should or shouldn't do and question, question, question any advice you
read or hear from Internet experts or, for that matter, even credentialed experts (some are just not very good or have their own biases); and, finally, to stop giving credence to articles in
women's magazines that often fuel anxiety and chip away at self - esteem because the emphasis always seems to be that you're doing something wrong and if you just did X, Y and Z, you'd have what you want and live happily ever after.
In conclusion, maybe if some wise, strong
women could help all weak, brainwashed
women to learn how to love themselves, to recognize how foolish we are for putting
others ahead of ourselves, to open our eyes and see how
others are treating us, take part in «love yourself» therapy classes, and last, but not least,
read articles like this one, regularly, that ministers to our downtrodden spirits, then maybe, maybe, we could see a change where
women begin to love themselves and not worship a man and
others, only God!!

No, dr Amy, it is the
