My son is sensitive to guar and xantham gum so I want to make our own coconut milk and coconut milk yogurt, but would love to use coconut butter as a base instead of
real coconuts just for ease Thanks!

I
just love veggies cooked in
coconut milk, with steamed rice it's
real wholesome comfort food.
This plant - based
coconut yogurt creamy, smooth, and tangy —
just like a
real good yogurt should be.
I left out the
coconut oil because I forgot it, but it tasted
just like
real bread, but better.
Plus, it tastes incredibly satisfying — the kale and sweet potatoes make a hearty combination, and the

I don't want a
coconut flavour this time and don't wan na spend on another jar of
coconut oil (unrefined this time) as I
just bought the «
real» stuff recently for this cake.

real, I also

real carbs, but if that's all you can use,
