As for cheese — processed cheese that is individually wrapped we'd call «plastic cheese» in that it is only partly cheese and contains other refined milk products and additives, whereas
real cheese — including Mainland's cheddar, edam, and colby — is made from the same whole milk as other
dairy products like yoghurt or

I followed the recipe exactly, aside from the fact that I used
dairy - free alternatives (earth balance
butter (use less), and daiya cream cheese), as well as a flax egg instead of a
real egg, and they turned out great!
I do try to moderate
dairy from milk
butter and cheese but I do eat eggs almost daily and I too love eating
real foods!!
