diet (in addition to paleo) is limiting, I
also think it's so amazing to be able to eat
real food and to try
food that I would have NEVER tried four years ago.
While I always recommend
real, unprocessed
food as your regular

real foods in a structured, mindful manner; there are more than a few other seemingly effective therapeutic
diets that I am aware of that
also focus on improving
food quality above all.

diets to
real food.
It
also focuses on a nutrient - dense,
real food diet which is unfortunately still not the case with mainstream nutrition and dietetics here in the US!
From a dietary perspective, if you are already following a traditional
real food diet (like this one), I would make sure to
also include plenty of bone broth and gelatin for joint healing, lots of saturated fat from healthy animal sources, and antioxidant - rich
foods to help reduce inflammation.

Hi, ive just come across this and i think youve been giving some great advice.im 26 years old and weigh 130 lbs i have a 4 yr old son i want to ideally loose 15 lbs because thats the weight i was pre pregnancy i keep fluctuating between 130 and 125 lbs.i workout regularly take spinning classes thrice a week and circuit training 3 times as well.my dietim finding very difficult to manage.how good would a dairy and fruit
