Since we often talk here about saving money while eating healthy and why eating real food doesn't have to be expensive, I thought it would be useful to share a sneak peek...
It doesn't mean you can't eat anything else but what eating
real food does is show you just how good you really can feel when you cut out all the processed sugary foods that we are so accustomed to having whenever we want.
Although you should know how to read food labels, most
real food does not come with a label — vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, grass fed meats, wild fish, organic eggs and chickens etc..
Research shows eating real food doesn't have to be more expensive or time - consuming.
Eating
real food does the trick — but that message isn't sexy or provocative or profitable.
Remember, real food doesn't contain all of those yucky artificial preservatives like their store - bought counterparts, so it's always a good idea to freeze foods if you know you won't be eating them right away.
Simply defined, real food doesn't come with an ingredient list.
Seriously, real food doesn't get easier, tastier or more satisfying than this.

Unfortunately, the switch to real food didn't solve every health issue I had... I was still dealing with histamine intolerance, and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), which I later found out were both caused by SIBO, which sent me down a rabbit hole of research.
