vegan, I'm just a lover of
real food.
This healthier version is «almost» raw (canned coconut milk),
vegan, gluten - free, dairy - free, paleo - friendly, contains no refined sugar and is made with clean,
real food ingredients.
This is also the type that I prefer, using all
real foods and not gobs of
vegan margarine and similar substances.
This
Vegan PB + J Spread only has 2 ingredients, is made of 100 percent
real foods, and has no sugar, gluten, oil and it's low - fat too!
