I like to mix faux &
real greenery like in our upstairs living room at our last house I added real topiaries along with faux greenery from Ikea.

I usually don't
like fake flowers but the
greenery and pastel cabbage roses look so fresh and
real.

greenery all around the crates and have students strategically place their pumpkins on and around the crates so it will look
like a
real pumpkin patch.
Of course, nature runs wild in many a
real disaster area,
like a demilitarized zone, and New York is rich in
greenery.
While Joanna loves to use fresh
greenery and flowers, she says she also understands that
real plants can be high - maintenance and impractical, which is why she
likes to use faux flowers and even sells them in bulk at Magnolia Market.
Grab some faux or
real pumpkins (I especially
like the white and neutral ones), a few stems of
greenery weaving around them, and some white candlesticks.
I have a few the downside is no scent, but i
like using them where its not safe to use
real ones,
like around
greenery etc... and you do nt have to worry about leaving the house with candles burning, as I get older I tend to forget some things... each has it's place in a home!.
I
like to bring in spring by changing out various art work (spring botanicals, old phots of my kids Easter egg hunting, etc) and definitely do a combo of both
real and faux flowers &
greenery as well!
