Well, that would definitely be an interesting conversation... I've always been passionate about fighting for the rights of freelancers, and in particular creative freelancers, after seeing first - hand the murkier side of freelancing in the creative industries: from eye -
roll - worthy stereotyping (honestly, I've had everything from «get a
real job» to «you just draw teddy - bears all day, right?»)
Just one thing though, you say «new way of doing
real estate» but I say some of us have been doing an honest and forthright
job of doing
real estate for many years (sometimes made fun of by the high
rollers).
A number of printing vendors have picked up on the specialized needs of
real estate professionals and have
rolled out products and systems to suit the demands of your
job.
When the time comes when I eventually quite or move
jobs, I will just
roll the my 401k into a self - direct 401k plan and invest that back into
real estate to be used for my retirement.
