And more importantly, there is
a real lack of game modes.
Not exact matches
The special shots were not as big
of a deal for me as what I found the biggest downside to this
game, which is the
lack of a
real single player
mode.
A
lack of a story
mode or any
real goals in the
game leaves something to be desired.
The inability to use your created skaters in story
mode and your story skater anywhere else is a
real draw back, as is the
lack of a Create - A-Deck option (Missed since THUG) If you don't have a TH
game, or are looking for a new challenge this is worth a buy.
I think that this
game is really good and all but the levels are poorly made, and the
lack of the create a deck option and create a player option in story
mode is a
real let down, but it's still pretty fun.
All in all, Pure Chess is a great chess
game, but the
lack of a true
real - time multiplayer
mode and the inability to initiate an asynchronous match with a stranger hold it back from being a truly exceptional one.
Gear.Club Unlimited's progression and upgrade scheme is simple but compared to Need for Speed Payback's confusing array
of collectible cards and loot boxes and Gran Turismo Sport's
lack of a
real career
mode (at least at launch), the
game is a breath
of fresh air.
The series finally gives
gamers who would initially be put off by the
lack of any
real story
mode a reason to jump into one
of the best Sci - fi shooters since Halo made its debut back in 2001.
