Following a low - carb,
paleo - friendly
diet plan helps me maintain a healthy weight while eating
real food.
I'm not on a
paleo diet, so I did used
real milk & let me just tell you... I found shangri - la in a glass.
Although somedays it feels like a low FODMAP
diet (in addition to
paleo) is limiting, I also think it's so amazing to be able to eat
real food and to try food that I would have NEVER tried four years ago.
The great thing about the
paleo diet, is that it focuses on using
real whole foods, plenty of healthy fats, vegetables, and moderate amounts of animal protein.
We chose to use a
real food /
paleo diet to treat their reflux, sticking to mainly organic meats, vegetables, and fruit, as well as yogurt as they began to tolerate dairy.
