real pieces of fruit, including Mango Pineapple with Peaches and Blackberry with Strawberries.
Juices (which are often not 100 percent fruit) provide some vitamins, but without the same fiber and phytonutrients as
a real piece of fruit.
Marketers want you to believe this, but
a real piece of fruit generally has much more vitamins, fiber, and phytochemicals than fruit juice and their nutritional values shouldn't be thought of as similar.
