workouts that can double as
cardio and strength training at the same time because they keep me engaged and can be
really effective in a short amount of time.
I'm now
really pumped up to change my
workouts from 2 hours a day and lots of
cardio to your quicker and more
effective methods.
It's
effective, it has
cardio days and strength training days, but in a certain schedule that's
really important part of the
workout!
