a really fast breakfast, an hour after lemon juice and hot water.
This looks AMAZING!!!! I have to do
really fast breakfasts (on the go) but I would make this on the weekend!

I did try
fasting through for 36 hours, ie, from evening meal til
breakfast, but I found I didn't sleep well and my stomach
really did feel very empty, so I went back to a small healthy evening meal on my
fasting day.
I have started a 40h
fast (after yesterday's dinner up until lunch tomorrow) and will do another one starting Sunday, then I plan to take a break for a few days (I always do 16h
fast as I do nt eat
breakfast but i do nt
really count that as IF anymore).
i started slim -
fast 2 weeks ago and i am almost to the 10 lbs mark i love this diet it is
really easy to follow but i changed mine a little bit to fit my schedule i have a shake for
breakfast a shake for dinner a snack bar or another 100 calorie snack and i eat what ever i want for dinner since i already have a slow metabolism i did not get hungry before this diet i just ate because i knew i had to in order to live and i still do not get hungry but i also do not get super full or bloated anymore

The home - cooked
breakfasts were so delicious; the lush treed garden setting / yard was such a lovely and beautiful place to relax; my private room was comfortable, spacious and always clean; the laundry service was fantastic; Wi - Fi was super
fast; the owners Erin and Solina were absolutely amazing, so welcoming and caring; and I
really enjoyed the laid - back and peaceful atmosphere and the rural off - the - beaten - path location that was within short walking distance to the town.
