As people say, «They
really stick to your
ribs», and while that's not literally true, oats are an ingredient that fills you up, but moves through your body slowly, helping to keep you
feeling more full and giving you lasting energy.
If you're
feeling really «ritzy,» ask your butcher to grind a couple of well marbled cuts for you and make a signature burger blend: we like a 50/50 mix of untrimmed brisket and boneless short
rib.
I went back to the basics and
really worked on knitting the front
ribs and
feeling everything zipping back together.
This last stretch is a fabulous mobilizer of the
rib cage area and the chest, not to mention that it
feels really wonderful!
Perhaps it is the cut or the
ribbed detail, but this knit

FEEL gorgeous, so it's nice to hear:) And Adam is doing
really well, still in a bit of pain (we're pretty sure he has a few broken
ribs, even though the doctor need checked) but he has been released to go back on full duty at work next month.
