In my opinion using underwear is better than using a disposable diaper or pull - up since they will
really feel the discomfort of being wet / dirty and learn quickly that it's not desirable!
I do tend to put outfits together with a particular persona in mind, and I don't
really feel the discomfort that you mention.

I've not said it aloud to this point, but because this ordeal with my leg has gone on so long, I've been considering biking as a sort of back up to running since I've been
really fearful that this
discomfort I've been
feeling may never subside.
