Although I've found it very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant about all things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently right now or we're going to
get played by this club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion
of the season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it in for several years now or that things are going to
get much worse before they
get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some
of the highest priced tickets in the World... they want to have a front row seat to see something special and to be seen doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many
of them, Wenger is the sun in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack
of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly
of themselves... many might not even
of really liked football that much before his arrival and rarely
games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but
of course it will be too late by then... so when we go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering
of anarchy, it scares the shit

gotten more vile in recent years is
out of utter frustration... in order for any real change to occur at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead
of the heart for now
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will
get for the january window we might try for khedira on a
really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers in midfield in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been
out in the cold light
of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and
get him scoring goals and improve his
game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he
gets a few goals under his belt he will settle in fine and he is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one
of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play in to our hands is the unpredictable nature
of the league in the last few seasons if we
get on a good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work
out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
Let's just

Coquelin had a

Well your righ with met spend but in amount paid
out for players no net were 5th but i agree our champions league performances have been poor we had some tough draws and the premier league is more demanding then the other leagues in strwnght
of competition and
games played still excuses do nt win but that monaco loss left me shaking my head in cl we
get theough the group but cant muster the strength needed for knockout and we should be performing better were under performing for the talent xhaka has frustrated me hes
got the talent and plays well but cant hold focus in
games he drops off and loses his marks our academy is doing well but yes it is tougher now to break in to the first team iwobi has done well but one or two seasons away from being there if he does turn himself elite ever has to score or he will just be another ox but i think its been a wake up call to the club we finally have to act theres a wave
of ideas to not only
get us back to winning ways but become title contenders and i think give him the extension one year its a world cup year and that will also allow our players esp strikers who been very poor this year realized its tough to play in englad and next year will have a better idea what it
really takes to win here shore up some spots and depth and were in contention fail and the changes will happen but let him have one more year the fact were willing to spend shows me an upturn from the decline
How I wish Arsenal had not sold Wellington Silva. The guy is a quality player and would've been a good option from the bench.I just don't
get why he was sold. His stats may not have been impressive but if you watch him he's
really good. The teams he was loaned
out to earlier hardly used him and I felt he had a future here.He just needed to step up his
game to be world class. He never lost any
of his dribbling and skills. He'd have been the best at that if he was in Arsenal. He deserved his chance and is even better than Joel Campbell who had many chances to prove himself.
The Astros
really can't afford for Morton to not
get out of this, considering it's still only the fifth inning, his pitch count is low enough to push deep into this

It's draining we lost to spurs but more over than anything the way we lost was embarrasseing and shocking we were played off park most
game that has concern us as fans spurs bullied us
out played us hungry in every department it's has fall with wenger when is time when he just accepts
game has passed him matter
of fact it has passed us arsenal fans aswell no control in middle very poor from xhaka and elneny and again dembele bought mortgage in midfield he's the owner my god vieria would
of knocked he's house down but look we're very poor and away from home sad
really how wenger keeps he's job is just pure stupidity but not just with today's results over all away from home we're relegation side go
get Enrique before Chelsea
get him and let but
of class and youth take our great club back before Tottenham spuds leave us so far behind we won't even complete this series lack lustrous club
I am going on the assumption that the Arsenal injury update given on Danny Welbeck was not some crafty ploy by Arsene Wenger and that the England international striker
really has
got a thigh problem that will keep him
out of the away
game against Southampton tomorrow.
Got home from the game about an hour or so ago, purely because the trains were delayed and what not, nearly got my head kicked in by the Southampton lot on the way back too and this is after seeing us loose 2 - 1 at home to a lesser team than us and then I just read that Stan Kroenke has taken 3 million quid out the club which coincidently is part of the 3 % rise of season ticket prices... Not been my night real

Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition
of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release
of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state
of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to
get rid
of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he
got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy
of our time and / or investment, as such we should
get rid
of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should
get rid
of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan
out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction
of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return
of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort
of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative
of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition
of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle
of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to
get that player into the fold without any
of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind
of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack
of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result
of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest
of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands
of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none
of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club
of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to
get rid
of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field
of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version
of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history
of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet
of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival
of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone
of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players
of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that
of a «selling» club... does it
really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't
get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part
of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the
game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet
of those who were well aware all along
of the potential pitfalls
of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever
really was...

But if Arsene Wenger

Szczesny major problem is just his age goalkeepers do nt usually
get really awesome until there close to 30 years old, there are very few examples
of keepers being world class from a young age maybe a handful like neuer casilias buffon, but most just
get better with age young szcy will
get better with age and will iron
out the kinks in his
game that is what wenger sees i suppose he sees what they can become not what they are now.
Okay Gooners, this is a big one that Arsenal
really need to
get something
out of, and despite the fact we are away to Man City who have been in great form and are the Premier League pace setters, Arsene Wenger understands that all three points are the order
of the day and has vowed that the Gunners will take the
game to Pep Guardiola's free scoring side.

I've simply stated the position he is playing in is not my cup
of tea I prefer midfielders to have more in the locker, not
really too hard to comprehend and it's not blinds fault he's being asked tp play the role he's playing in, on matic I've mentioned him twice on these blogs thats it in all my time commenting that's hardlybmr keep mentioning him and I reply to those calling him a defensive mid, I've merely pointed
out he's
got mire to his
game than being a defensive midfielder, again not rocket science or hard to understand!
Oh well news coming in as
of now that RVP has pulled
out of the international
game due to some Flu, lets hope either this was wengers idea to save him from being injured or
get well soon and be ready for the weekend clash, Dj is going to be a big miss, but i
really do not think so, we missed song more than anyone else over the weekend, so if he is back which he should we should be able to prevent the thuggery over our next set
of games against wolves, stoke and the brums (CL).
Walcott is fast and will be the best in the world if he continiously works on the way he handles the ball, as well as Nasri who on the other hand do nt
really have a speedy run but very compact on the way he moves on the pitch and fast enough when he dribbles. But for the two lads to be compared with Rosicky, Pires, Hleb and bergkamp is still a bit
of a question.Arshavin is one
of these players who plays like Rosicky or Hleb but has
got lil bit more quality such as: more goal minded, more agressive, and more intelligent. We
really need Arshavin, not only to
get trophies but to
get our beautifull play back in the
game again.Cant wait to see Walcott and especially Fab back again.I beleive many Fans
out there are dreamin to see this line up = Sagna - Gallas - Djourou - Clichy Toure Walcott - Fab — Rosicky Arsha Ade
But to
