Having lived in the San Francisco Bay area when Chipotle debuted its vegan sofritas option in February 2013, I was excited to know that I could have
a really good burrito on the road instead of a protein bar.

better price and in a grocery store near my home, I would actually like to keep some on hand, mostly because they're
really very flexible and you can actually make a real
burrito with them.

really well tossed with some olive oil, white balasamic vinegar, and dill from my garden to accompany the bean and spiced walnut
burritos I made for dinner.
The fun thing about
burritos is that you can put anything in them, and while I'm normally into
good old refried beans, I
really wanted something hearty and healthy.
Yesterday took my frozen loaf out and had it crumbled on a bed of steamed kale with some ranch dressing; it was
really good that way, and now I think I'll keep loaf crumbles around for pizza,
burritos, salads, etc..
The Baker which is in your area is a
good spot for breakfast pastry type foods (both sweet and savory options) Mr Deli Just south of Tropic Air and North of Wings dept store has
really good breakfast hash brown
burritos.
