You could also add in a scoop of protein

I noticed they also stocked the Epic Protein
powders by Sprout Living which are supposed to be
really good but which we unfortunately can't get in the UK.

Very
good — even with the yellow curry
powder, it still had a different flavor than most Indian - style yellow curries, and I
really liked it on the bed of noodles (I cooked the noodles, cooled, cut into smaller pieces, tossed with sesame oil, and spread out on a platter before heaping the curry mixture over them).
Overall I
really like the
good hemp fit shake, although I would probably go for just their plain protein
powder next time rather than flavoured.
The flavours can be a bit strong and earthy for some, but I've worked out that hemp protein works
really well with cacao / carob

This is another recipe where carob
