Then I met Sarah Jenks and
started going through the
Live More Weigh Less Mastery program, and began
to really understand my not so
great relationship with food.
It's not that there isn't any inspiration in my
life but just that I sort of am
starting to feel pressure
to create only
REALLY great recipes now that I've befriended all these
REALLY amazing food bloggers and know they are watching.
Logically, that is the exact same argument as saying because some non-smokers in my family got lung cancer, and because I have a
great great aunt that
lived to 100 without getting lung cancer while smoking two packs a day, I don't
really have
to worry about lung cancer if I
start smoking, using smoking as an indicator of cancer risk is garbage.
Plus, the current trend today is
to declutter your home and mind in order
to live a fuller
life (by the way, if you want
to read a
great blog on this topic check out Allie Casazza) and for motherhood this
really starts with your baby registry.
If you're
really ambitious, keeping a nutrition journal at least one time in your
life for at least 4 - 12 weeks is a
great idea and an incredible learning experience, but all you
really need
to get
started on the road
to a better body is one good menu on paper.
We all have a history - broken marriages, failed relationships, sadness or loss... but there is always an opportunity
to start fresh, and in regards
to your dating
life, it's a
great chance
to determine what you're
really looking for, and what hasn't been working.
And this is because I've realised something over this last month
really — I've
started to have the
greatest love affair of my
life so far — with myself!

It's a
great community for the most part and has
really grown since
live first
started, i've made some
really good friends and look forward
to making even more.
While we have
started to see some pullback from the
really great deals of 2008, early 2009, there are still companies with products out there that would warrant a complete evaluation and overhaul of a permanent
life insurance portfolio.
We know the subject of
life insurance is not a particularly pleasant one
to visit but it could be of
great benefit
to loved ones if the worst were
to happen and with policies

really is something worth looking into.
