One of our new year's resolutions was to

We
eat at cheesecake factory occasionally and love their «whole grain bread» which reminds me of pumpernickel and my daughter
really wants to try pumpernickel so I was
really happy to see it in the table of contents!
I've been trying to be
really mindful of how much I

Muesli

eating it for breakfast gets me out of bed in the morning.
I first whipped this up the other day in a burst of light - hearted culinary inspiration, and I
really could just
eat this everyday and be so
happy, and healthy.
If I could
eat breakfast for every meal of the day, I'd be one
happy girl (I've been known to cook up a pot of pasta for breakfast on

The other trick to
really yellow yolks is to use eggs from
happy chickens that have been

I ended up sticking to it for over 6 years now and I actually
really enjoy it:)(still not 100 % gluten free or vegan (I'm good with spelt, rye and we
eat butter, honey and fish) but just a few months ago, I tested myself again (I did this every 4 - 6 months and
ate a wheat and egg cake AND I am
happy to report that I didn't have my usual symptoms — I felt normal, no issues:) Mind you, I didn't have too much but a small slice that was homemade from organic ingredients so I felt comfortable that there's no artificial ingredients and preservatives.
It can't
really compare to life creation but it has changed my life — ok slight exaggeration, I feel good
eating it and it makes me
happy — that's good enough.
If you spend time with folks who
eat really healthy foods, you will consequently take inspiration and be
eating gloriously green, blueberry chia and super food fuelled meals and if you find yourself with positive and
happy people who tend to see the brighter side of life, you will inevitably think of challenges as stepping stones.

It seems to have
really helped me to figure out his fussiness and he has been a LOT

Besides the amazing food we
eat (it's a no starve zone —
