And for anyone listening to this, and — you know — when you hear the word Paleo, what we're trying to talk about is kind
of ancestral way
of eating, typically, cutting out inflammatory foods, cutting out foods that are
high in toxins and try to
really increase nutrient density, so, typically, healthy meats, lots
of good veggies — you know — the — the — the right
amount of fruits and starch and
carbs for you and — You know — I — I tend to use the term Paleo template because we can
really adjust in the macronutrients.
I believe that a lot
of our attention needs to shift away from pointless debates (for example, low
carb vs.
high carb is getting
really old so like get over it everyone, its a calorie deficit that makes you lose weight, not the
amount of carbs).
It
really is a great kibble, as far as kibble goes, but it's a good idea, too, as we've discovered through research, to feed dogs a
high quality wet food as well, along with an appropriate
amount of green vegetables and
carbs.
