really thin metal spatula to scrap the dough up and place it on a baking sheet.

I've had several people tell me that they were so happy to make a gluten free
pizza at home that didn't taste
like cardboard — and I'll have to say that I

pizza crust tastes — and I don't even think I could tell it was gluten free if I didn't make it myself.

like if you top a
