really like granola.
So while I am calling these cookies, they are
really like granola bars, in a cookie shape, because why not?
I really liked the granola I grabbed at the store.

Really nice with dried fruit
like prunes (if you ever need a winter version of your
granola bars).
But
really, this oatmeal is
like the best of both worlds — all those heart - healthy oats with cholesterol - lowering soluble fiber paired with the subtle sweetness from
granola and coconut... heaven in a bowl, my frands.
I've never baked oatmeal and I thought it would be
really sturdy
like granola and between it being a little gooey and the apples being so sad I baked it ten minutes longer.
Other than the flavor, which has
really been enhancing my winter meals, what I
really like is that I've made a
granola colorful without adding any dried fruit!
What a delightful
granola recipe — and we don't commonly have molasses over here, but I feel
like golden syrup (a
really thick sugary syrup made from sugar cane) would be the perfect substitute.
I
like to use an egg in chewy
granola bars as it
really helps with texture and to hold the softer bars together.
They'd also be a great housewarming / hostess / holiday gift as they keep
really well but the best part about them is that every single one of them is
like the very best part of
granola: the giant clusters.
Cinnamon (which happens to be anti-inflammatory) and cardamom round out the flavor and
really make this
granola taste
like cookies.

like to have
granola as a snack with yoghurt and fruit but it's also
really good as a snack and it can easily be packed in a small bag to throw into your purse.
Since I don't
really like oatmeal for breakfast that much, I figured trying out different
granola bar recipes would be a good way to use my oats.
The maple almond
granola uses things
like almond oil and, well, almonds, coconut chips and pure maple syrup, so it's
really not cheap, you know?
Nut - free: There is only 3/4 cup of almonds in this recipe, but they
really make it taste
like granola.

I used to be hooked on sugary

like snacking on it out of the box throughout the day and using it as my more healthy sugar fix that

I don't imagine I'd be able to get through one of those sugar - laden
granola bars now but these are a healthy version of a childhood favourite, and I think kids would
really like them too.

really sure if they count as
granola or not, but if you feel
like the ingredients list suits you, then go ahead and give them a shot.
I don't know about you, but I have always been a super huge
granola fan, but... I just never

I
really like it in my yogurt (with honey and ginger
granola) and coffee (in addition to cinnamon).

granola really crunchy, so I made sure it was all
really spread out and separated on the baking sheet and stirred it every 10 minutes.

I think I'd heard of them before, and there's something slightly parfait -

I think this healthy pumpkin
granola is one of the best riffs on
granola I've made in a while, and I
really hope you
like it as much as I do.
I
really didn't realize how much sugar I had been consuming, between all the fruit,
granola, and smoothies and snacks, not to mention outright sweets
like ice cream (non-dairy of course) and gluten - free cookies.
