I was feeling a
little lazy when making this and not
really in the mood for making pastry, so I ended up with an alternative easy quinoa crust (adapted from a recipe by Julie Morris's Superfood
Kitchen).
My first version is actually the most popular recipe on Emma's
Little Kitchen to date, a fact that
really surprised me!
I'm super late in posting this, but I'm

kitchen counter) and a
little extra time because we were using a bumpy canvas material that had more difficulty accepting the transfer.

Or i'm just a
really awful mother who is apparently ok with my kid eating dog fur (because he does) and «helping» clean the
littler box (thankfully, he'll grab a spoon from the
kitchen to dig in the box, not bare hands.
We love this drying rack, it
really brightens up any
kitchen with a
little bit of greenery (albeit plastic!).
We can spin our
little girl around to see the TV and then when a show ends, swing her back around to face the
kitchen for family time... its
really an excellent feature.
If you're jonesing for a
little DIY action or are
really into
kitchen chemistry, there are a handful of ashwagandha powders out there that can be measured and mixed with whatever you like - from smoothies to coffee, you name it.
While I am not
really a football fan, I did watch a
little of last nights Super Bowl in between making food in the
kitchen.
So I
really would suggest you take it slowly, item by item, and log your reactions to the same thing raw and cooked, and check quantities, and check combos... it IS hard and laborious and sisyphean, and by way of encouragement let me add it took me months of logging everything in a
little notebook kept on the
kitchen counter alongside a small digital scale, but the effort's worth it because in the end you'll know exactly what's nay and what's aye and that makes living in a world loaded with food so much easier.
I'm going to work on making them a
little less crumbly, but I was
really happy to feel successful in the
kitchen again.

Pros: The two - burner, 12 - inch unit and the countertop model offers flexibility to a small

We have this teensy
little town home
kitchen, so we often move food prep to the dining table and sometimes I have to get
really creative to make sure all three of the big kids have their own part in the process, but it's worth any inconvenience.
