make it free of refined sugar, you can omit the Oreo - based crust and use the following recipe for a 9 - inch fluted tart pan: 1 1/2 cups almond flour, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
powder, 1/4 cup raw agave syrup or coconut sugar, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, and 1/4 tsp sea salt.
They do sell in tins the baking soda, which i guess
makes sense since it doesn't
really expire... But if your pantry is as «neat» as mine... and one day you come across some leftover baking
powder..
I realized in the aftermath that this does
make for slightly cocoa -
powdered - hands but if you go
really light on the cocoa I think it is just fine, nothing a little lick of the fingers or wipe on the hiking pants won't fix!
