Personally I love the final sprinkle of cacao nibs the best, adding
a really nice crunch to each bite.
These Zucchini Noodle Bowls are served cold (except for the chick peas), so the noodles and veggies have
a really nice crunch to them.

I finally got around to making this (I never keep almond butter at home — don't
really like the taste on its own), using chunky almond butter, which actually added a
nice crunch to the final product.

Also, as a writer working a day job, mothering two toddlers, and etc. etc., there's

crunch times, but not for the entire process.
