a really nice effect to knocking cortisol down especially post-workout and if you add some protein with it, that insulin will just suck that protein in and bring it right into the muscles.

The decisions you make also
effect the dialogue options along with how other characters react to you which is a
nice touch, although nothing significant
really changes based on your choices as yet.
Visuals are
nice for the 3DS but the 3D
effect is weak and feels forced at times (honestly, it feels like Nintendo is the only developer who
really knows how to use the 3D
effect well) and overall the visuals feel like a small step down from Nocturne.
The ricochet
effect it has primarily on 2D levels is
really nice as well.
It's got cool character designs, definitely cool maze layouts with some very
nice details such as background animations, flame
effects, and it always seems like there is something moving on the screen which again is a great little addition as it
really gives the whole game a sense of life.
Made with panels of art glass or eco-resin, we like Century not only for its sustainable materials but for its
nice balance of modern and more traditional design elements, and the panels produce a
really interesting lighting
effect; just don't forget the compact fluorescent lightbulbs to light it up.

really nice to glide your thumb over it.
