It's a great place — a really old building, but everything in it is new (thankfully... brand new kitchen and bathroom).

The owner was an older gentleman and lived in the home a long time, so there were some things that looked really dated and need to be updated or replaced (for example floral wall paper in bathrooms & appliances that looked to be from the 70 «s).
Okay... I've just got ta know — is that planking really old wood, or did they do all the «distressing» themselves??? #lovemeaplankedwall Leah:) P.S. Looking forward to seeing your bathroom re-do!!
We also have our 4 yr old son's room and a bathroom upstairs that could really use your touch but I don't want to get to greedy.
When I say downsized I mean REALLY downsized from a newer house to an old old family home where a bathroom was only added about 15 years ago.
