really see changes in my body and relationships, I learned that I needed to commit to my daily practice — every day, not «almost every day.»
I haven't
really seen any change in my body I've been going to the gym for almost 3 weeks.
You need diet and exercise as well as properly functioning hormones to
really see a change in your body.

At about week eight I
really started to
see changes in body shape, and could feel all the work paying off.
I am definitely noticing
body fat loss
in the mirror, size of my waist / thighs and I'm getting stronger but I guess not
seeing the numbers
really change on the scale makes it seem like there's not
really any progress!
