Iv been on a low carb diet for about 8 months now and this have
really helped me lose weight and tone up however I'm currently 9 stone 1 and I'm 5» 7 ″ but but I feel my
legs are more muscular and I want them more leaner and
slim I jog nearly every day and after wards do some other
leg exercises however I feel this isn't helping I can't muscle
really quickly and can tone
really quick but i would like to lose more weight on my
legs but I'm not sure how to get this any other way I did think of power walking instead of jogging??

really need to be doing walking and / or running.
I am currently doing cardio every other day of the week but i have been struggling to understand the RIGHT type of cardio i should be doing considering my body type and objective: i am an endomorph and wish to

legs (especially the top of them) because my quads
really are too big for my taste and tend to get even more bulky

really good for
slimming down your

Walking is
really the best exercise to
slim down your
legs but should be on a flat surface (any hills will make them bulkier) and at a medium fast pace (not super fast).

Hi I've always hated my thighs As there very large I saw a post that said if you tense you
leg and pinch the top of ur thigh... if there's much to pinch it's fat or if there's not much it's muscle and I didn't have much to pinch so I'm very sure I have muscular thighs as I have been doing thigh
