It's focused one everyday
day eating, from simple weekday suppers (that
really do take ten minutes) to big batch meals (that you can make for lots of people in one pot or freeze for simple ready meals), work / on - the - go meals and of course some
sweet treats.
And after five
days off real food I was
really craving something deliciously
sweet and filling so I dreamt up this awesome apple, pear and raisin cake last night and wow did it taste good!
Tried these the other
day —
really disappointed as they turned out bad and that I had wasted so many expensive ingredients I used everything listed, wish I had've read the comments section more though to see you saying to ONLY use orange
sweet potato, as I used white fleshed, and an actual measurement, as I must've used too much.
Hi Ella, the consistency was fine after baking, but they went
really soggy and stodgy the next
day and just tasted of
sweet potato.
Being the
sweet tooth that I am, these brownies

day, truly satiating my craving.

We always
really,
really like the
sweets that go to work with my guy, but these were delicious and not too
sweet, and that's just the kind of
sweet I don't mind having around the house all

You all know I'm weak when it comes to a cup of hot cocoa but for everyday drinking a cup of spicy chai in the afternoon not only curbs that

I loved this product I am actually on my second box of it I am 25 I have two kids 6 and 20 months old and I never have found a product that works any better then before using this I was at 163 lbs and now I am at 145 so far and also I eat very healthy no cheats no
sweets or beverages just plain lemon water all the time yoplait light and baby spinach salads and I just would recommend this product to people because it works and yes you have to do exercise with it I have a wii fit board and exercise two hours out of the
day along with my normal cleaning and stop eating after 5 oclock at night
