drinks cause now they cause ne headache i think this indicates that i have a high level of insulin and i had fair skin till puberty but then i had chicken poxs, jaundice and got a surgery for swollen appendicitis after which my skin colour became dull and a little dark and then i had acne on my face and on my back after that i also started gaining weight and moobs.

I
really don't like
sweet drinks, so this recipe uses only just enough sugar for the granules to help bust up the mint and cucumber during muddling.
But try them with
sweeter drinks, or with a bit of sweetener on the rim of the cup, and you will
really see some flavors fly.
