really overwhelming for you, cutting out grains, legumes, dairy and primarily having healthy fats, proteins,

You can do
really good cranberry sauce, you can do
uhm — squash, you can do sweet potatoes, you can do regular potatoes or any other sides that we're missing.
The good vegetable oils are gonna be olive oil which is a — a Oleic Acid which is
really an Omega - 9, your — your
uhm — short chain fatty acids are gonna come from your butters and ghee which that's gonna be more animal - based.
Whereas, when somebody has Cancer,
uhm — we
really want to reduce that.
And that can
really help digest
uhm — bacteria in your body that may be you know like a staph or strap or a pneumococcal infection in the — in the making.
And so,
uhm — I dropped the — I think it
really didn't have a lot to do with the — It may had something to do with the hormones being together, but I think ultimately.

My biggest issue is you don't get enough vitamin D with the K2 ones but just make sure getting some
really good K2 in your foods which fermented foods are gonna have a lot of K2
uhm — a healthy gut bacteria makes some K2 and then also a healthy grass - fed butter or ghee are gonna be other excellent sources of vitamin K2 as well.
Again — and I use
uhm — I think speed and doing things that people love is
really important so --
Grapefruit, seed extract and pycnogenol, which are in these kinda category of league Proantothocyanidin which are these kinda antioxidant bioflavonoid and some of these
really good
uhm — fruits that can be helpful.
And so
uhm — you know — It's
really not just for weight loss.
If you look at a lot of the
really good fermentable drinks, a lot of them are very high in various acids, whether it's glucuronic acid or
uhm --

really well,
uhm — and the thing is that it's just so much more nutrient dense, and I think it tastes better, which --
I'm able to
really stay focused, and
uhm — you know, do the things I was put on the planet to do, rather than being driven by food.
Uhm — you mentioned chamomile's
really good for the gut, too.
It's four carbons or six carbons, but it's a
really good fat; it's a lot of nutrition, a lot of vitamin K which is
really,
really good for fertility
uhm — so that's uh — excellent fat as long as you can tolerate it, I think that's great.
And so, those are — That's probably one of the biggest things that I've
really learned over the last — you know — seven years, is how it's about — you know — when you go back to a more simple life and you — you
really got the things out that are not serving you or
uhm — helping you become a better person or become healthier.
Uhm — However, we just make sure that — you know —
really want to focus on micronutrient so that's not a meat only diet or a meat - based diet.
Let's look at the Clean 15 and see the foods that have less pesticide residue and avoid the dirty dozen and / or just get a
really good
uhm — vegetable or fruit wash that you can wash off some of the external pesticides at least.
You know, I would say any sort of major dietary change is a mild stressor on the body, and so, if somebody's stress - resistant or
uhm — you know — ability to adapt to stress is
really,
really low — okay — then, they need to gently and gradually shift as they start making these nutrition changes.
It holds your sauce
really well,
uhm — and the thing is that it's just so much more nutrient dense, and I think it tastes better, which --
I don't recommend doing this by yourself if you
really want to work with the provider that's done this a lot, so
uhm — you know what's going on and you wan na have everything looked at.
Just, you know, if you're doing a pumpkin pie, you can just leave out the crust are there some
really good gluten - free, crust options or you can do coconut

really good indication of systemic because it's looking kind of, metabolically, what's happening throughout the body, especially if we miss it in the gut.
Actually when it comes to the fish component,
uhm — I have an article that I give my patients but
really, it comes down to number one: trying to get the wild — you know, the wild Alaskan or like some kind of flash frozen, kinda wild fish, I think is great, is ideal.
Like in my line, we have Thyro Balance which is a — a

uhm — nutrient thyroid support from a glandular perspective.

really good for the microbiome and there's actually been studies where
uhm — for example, uh — «Frontiers in Microbiology in 2017,» they took a group of individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, and they compared them to healthy adults.

really doing a lot of research and — and realize, «Okay.I've got an issue.»
Uhm — so I see a lot of people that will just do a
really good, you know, lactobacillus or bifido bacter or lactobacillus plantarum, whatever, like that may cause them to get bloated or gassy.
Meat
really is gonna be more like 20 to, maybe, 30 %
uhm — of your daily food intake when you're on kind of a — a normalized Ketogenic diet.
And then
uhm — then after that, you have I mentioned your starches and then after that you can do cranberry sauce,
really, you know, super Paleo.
Uhm — number two, it can
really throw off your blood sugar.
So if you're chronically sick, then you
really got to be careful and make the best decision possible and
uhm — if you're not, then 10 to 20 %, I'm totally okay with.
And
uhm — So now I'm trying to help a million people a year to stop binge eating with this
really weird method that everybody thinks is crazy.
